Simeon is an assistant professor in Business Information Systems (BIS) at the J.E. Cairnes School of Business & Economics, University of Galway. Prior to this, Simeon lectured at University College Dublin and Technological University Dublin. He also held positions as a Research Scientist at University College Dublin and as an Assistant Professor at the University of Muenster in Germany, where he served as Managing Director of the Competence Centre for Smarter Work between 2015 and 2020. Previously, Simeon was a Marie Curie Post-Doctoral fellow at LaSalle (Ramon Llull University) in Barcelona. For his PhD studies, he was awarded the Ad Astra Scholarship at the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin, where he also worked as a post-doctoral researcher.
